Seems lag-15.chcgildt87w-bcr00.netops.charter.com is experiencing significant issues with 80%+ packet loss consistently since thursday/friday of last week. Latency spiking 1500 or higher, resulting in full screen freezes for 5+ seconds.

How can this be reported to Spectrum to fix their network?

    It actually starts earlier in the route... like, right out the gate.


    Looks like you may need someone on site to check things out on the premises first to rule out something more localized.

    They sent me a new modem which got set up today. No change in the service. Pingplotter and WinMTR both consistently flag the issue as lag-61.xx.netops.charter.com as the bad node.

    Line to the house was replaced this summer.

    Down the street there are some trees leaning on the lines on the telephone poles.

    Did things improve at the first hop then?

    Not the greatest jitter when I ping it from down here...

    ... but then again, I am going from just inside of South Carolina's coastal region.

    So it is expected with all I go through to get to that node.
