Xumo boxes freezing

75% of the time I try and watch a recording in progress my box freezes.

I have to unplug it for a reboot. After that it's hit and miss whether it will freeze again.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your Xumo box. I am sorry that you are noticing the freezing up while watching the cloud DVR recording. Is this happening on other devices using the Cloud DVR or just when you are using the Xumo box? -Lyn

    Mine is doing the same thing. Mine is just when using the Xumo box.

    it only happens on my Xumo box when I use the spectrum app. last night whether i was watching a recording or live tv the app was freezing every few minutes.
