The website is mine and I finished building it on the same network. They just recently started blocking access to it. Ive verified the address through several SSL check sites and the webmaster doesnt see anything that shoukd be causing spectrum to block access to my site. www.loveyourplace.com I can access it as long as im not on spectrum's internet (hotspot or other non spectrum location)

Tell your webmeister that your website is eliciting manifold access control faults related to a rather lengthy facebook plugins URL, which are indeed a deal-breaker with who knows what all safe-browsing software, firewalls, and browser extensions.
