Streaming app blurry on Samsung tv

The spectrum streaming app on my Samsung TV has been working fine for 3+ years. Today it went blurry. We deleted app and re-added. Still blurry. Other apps are perfectly clear and it's only spectrum
Other samsung tv in the household is perfectly clear.
Suggestions, please.

Welcome to our community! I took a look at your account using your community registration. It looks like it's been a while since the modem was rebooted. Are you able to reboot both the modem and router by unplugging them both for 30-45 seconds?

I will try that today and see if that solves the situation. Otherwise I will contact tech support to see if they can assist
