How to fix sound issues. The sound lags.

I have Roku TVs and Apple TV and a Firestick. The sound does not sync with the Picture when I am using OnDemand. It will occasionally lag on real time TV but is awful when using OnDemand. No other apps do this. What is the fix for this?

    Hi @Sgordo32, welcome to our community!

    Sync issues are typically caused by problems with the internet connection. While you might not have noticed issues with other apps, since the Spectrum TV app is providing a live feed it can be more sensitive. Please try rebooting your modem and router, and test the app on a device as close to the router as possible.
