No 5.1 sound when using Spectrum app on Xumo

Does anybody else have no 5.1 sound for our home theater when using the Spectrum app specifically? Every other streaming service like Netflix, Disney+, Peacock, Prime, Hulu etc. has 5.1 sound. The spectrum app only gives 2.0 stereo on all channels unlike the old set-top box where many if not all channels had 5.1
