I’m trying to record on spectrum app on Roku. If it’s a live show. I get this error won’t record.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I do apologize for the issues with the service. Most app issues can be resolved by resetting the modem as the app authenticates through the modem. Try to reset the modem by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
