I would like to know why I'm not able to use my lte galaxy watch 6 on spectrum service when there is literally a picture of a galaxy watch that states BRING YOUR OWN WATCH on the website under smartwatches. VERY MISLEADING! I was even told by customer service I could bring a galaxy watch over and told me it would be $10 a month but when I go buy one and called in to get a sims I'm told only apple watches. Very disappointed with spectrum after 4 years and still don't have service for galaxy watch. It's 2024 there are just as many Android users as Apple. It's time to find a different carrier that is up to date with services.

    Hi @Cm1220, welcome to our community!

    You are able to use your watch now if paired with a phone via bluetooth, but cellular plans are currently only available on Apple watches. Hopefully this changes in the near future!

    Yes I know I can use my watch with Bluetooth but not everyone wants to carry a phone around 24/7
