When trying to enable wifi calling it says contact spectrum.

When I try to enable Wi-Fi calling it tells me to contact spectrum but when i did they said that Wi-Fi calling was enabled on my phone. So the feature is useless because whenever I try to use it, it says contact spectrum. Please help. The phone is an iPhone 14 pro max.

I'm sorry you've had an issue enabling WiFi calling. Are you able to ensure the device is fully up to date and restart after attempting to turn WiFi calling on? If it's not enabled after this, you may need to reset network settings - which you can find instructions at https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/return-iphone-settings-to-their-defaults-iphea1c2fe48/ios. -Mo
