Switched to Xumo/Choice for promo, Spectrum Deactivated CableCard and Cannot Reactivate

R.I.P. Tivo

My bill was going to jump $40 after my promo, and no good option to keep cablecard as all packages at renewal thta would keep cablecard going were near $40 more. Rep offered me to switch to promo with Choice/Xumo box, but would require deactivating cable card with no option to reactivate or get a new cablecard in the future. Love my tivo and know Spectrum's DVR is inferior, but had to make the switch. Reselling Tivo won't net me much as their resale values, even with lifetime, is going down. Xumo box has some bugs, like restarting itself, but hasn't been a deal breaker so far.
