I need to print an incoming call log and the instructions don't make sense.

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the troubles printing the call log. Once you log in on our website, on the left side you'll see a "Services" option. If you click that and then click Home Phone from the navigation bar in the center of the screen, there should be an "Explore" section under the modem status. You'll want to select the "Go to VoiceZone" option. It will take you to a different page and you'll see a Call Details option on the navigation bar. From there, you can select the month you'd like to see the call logs for and print that screen.
