What is the new dispute policy on ROKU?
When I signed in on the TV app this morning, a notice appeared about a new dispute policy. We are given a choice to accept to continue, but how ridiculous is it to offer for us to read it on the TV??????????????? I signed into my account online, and searched for the new policy, but according to the search, it doesn't exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had to accept it to continue on the TV, but have NO opportunity to actually read it anywhere else?????????????????

I take it you're running the Spectrum TV app on a Roku and have mis-ascribed Roku's own dispute resolution policy update.

Thank you so very much, HT Greenfield! Evidently, that is exactly what happened! I received an email from Roku this morning with the same notice! I will be sure to let them know how unacceptable their approach was, leading me in the wrong direction!

Every time I turn on my Roku Spectrum TV app there is a full screen offer to upgrade my internet service!! One would think after refusing a few times it would disappear! But NO!! Does anyone know how to stop it?? I am retired and on a limited income and am already tapped out with the exorbitant fees. There is absolutely NO way I can or will upgrade!
