help me access advance WiFi router interface without pc or app. New to this configuration stuff  so please be patient. Support said def unusual activity but cant go into detail due to Privacy violation.I do not have APC so I cannot download Security Shield. App is Useless at this point. Please help

    Direct access of our routers is not available, only through our app and website, however I was able to locate your account with your community registration and it does not look like you are using a Spectrum router. I recommend contacting your routers manufacturer for assistance.

    Welcome to our community! Both the wireless network name and password can be changed in our My Spectrum app. The steps on changing the password can be found here.
