How do you reset voice activation?

my voice activation. it says to reset. how?

    Good evening @arlenesad and Welcome to our Community Forums

    Thank you for reaching out to us about voice activation. In order to reset this options please:

    1. Navigate to Xumo settings and check if the remote is paired.
    2. Unpair the remote by pressing and holding the Add (+) button and Back buttons together for 3 seconds until the LED is persistent green. 
    3. Press 984 or 981 on the remote.
    4. Navigate to Xumo settings and attempt to pair the remote once more.

    Then try to use the voice activation option. If this does not work please let us know. -Lyn
