Out of Home WiFi Connection Fails to Connect

I cannot log in to the out-of-home hotspots using my username and password to access the internet. I have tried on both a Windows 11 and a Mac laptop. It works on the Spectrum Free Trial WiFi but since SpectrumMobile is secured with a passcode, it does not work. It "fails to connect to network" I am a subscriber of Spectrum Mobile and it works perfectly on my phone with the Spectrum app.

    Spectrum out-of-home Wi-Fi is no longer available for anybody but Spectrum Mobile subscribers and then, i assume, only for Spectrum Mobile-activated devices. I've never been able to find anything in all of the support guidance on the matter to indicate that the Spectrum Mobile-named service set was ever for anything but Spectrum Mobile-activated devices.
