Voicemail transcription on Galaxy S24+

I recently switched to Spectrum Mobile and upgraded my phone, but have not figured out a way to enable this feature. When I was with T-Mobile, I was able to port unanswered calls to Google Voice for this purpose, or alternatively I could have subscribed to a premium add-on to enable the feature.

These options don't appear possible with Spectrum. Has anyone managed to get this working? (And please don't suggest I get an iPhone)
