Sony TV screen position help with Spectrum cable

I have an X65J Sony TV model and have a Spectrum dvr box hooked up to hdmi 1 on it. But it will only allow me to adjust the horizontal screen position But what I want to do is to be able to adjust the vertical screen position the vertical screen position is greyed out in the screen position settings & can't be adjusted does anyone know how to fix this so where the vertical screen position can be adjusted thanks if anyone knows how to do this I would appreciate it

    Hi @DanielE, welcome to our community!

    Our receiver has some settings you can change such as format and aspect ratio, but other screen settings are adjusted through your TV. I found these Display & Sound settings but I'm unsure if it applies to your model TV or where you are already missing the option to adjust vertically. I recommend contacting Sony for further support with this.
