Text Msg. Delivered

in Spectrum Mobile

I recently switched to Sprectrum Mobile. Before switching when I would send a text msg. i would get notification that msg. was delivered. That has stopped since I switched. I am using a samsung phone and have gone thru all the settings and can not find a fix. Any one know if this is just a Spectrum thing or has something got turned off during the change of carriers. I did also do a reset of network.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about setting up the notifications for sent text messages. I located the following instructions:

    Samsung Messages - Turn Message Delivery Confirmation Setting On / Off

    • From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    • Messages. .
    • From the Inbox, tap the. Menu icon. (upper-right).
    • Settings. .
    • More settings. .
    • Perform the following: For text messages: Text messages.

    If this does not work, I recommend reaching out to Samsung for additional troubleshooting. -Lyn
