Voice not matching lips

I just received new router and cable box. Lips out of sync yet not when using Netflix and other streaming. Definitely a Spectrum issue

    Hi!

    Does the issue occur on streaming apps or on the cable box? Have you tried restarting the modem and devices?

    I recently received a new router and spectrum cable box and immediately saw that on all Spectrum chsnels the lips and voce were not compatible. I have a dish and receiver also and there was no voice concerns on it plus none on Netflix or when I streamed.

    Try restarting the cable boxes and the modem and let us know if the issue continues. Thanks!
