Unable to record with Cloud DVR (RCD-1000 and WCD-1400)
Hello. I activated the Cloud DVR service today. My physical DVR requires occasional reboots because I will be unable to fast forward certain recordings and some programs stop recording.
After waiting the recommended amount of time for the service to setup and logging out and back in on both the Samsung TV and second Roku TV, I receive code RCD-1000, Unable To Schedule Recording. I'm also not able to set up recording (Jeopardy series) by logging into the Spectrum website. On the website, I'm receiving WCD-1400.
Any suggestions?

Sorry for the trouble our cDVR is giving you. There is currently a known issue causing recording and playback failures, however if you are not able to use the service at all I recommend rebooting your modem and router, and testing your internet speed if the issue persists.
