    Have you checked the My Spectrum app or logged into Spectrum.net to see if there is a posted outage for your area? Have you tried any troubleshooting such as rebooting your internet modem and router?

    Alternatelively, can call the support number on your bill. The automated attendant may notify you if there are reported issues for your neighborhood. You can also look into setting up a technician visit if the symptoms warrant it.
