Why does the app does not give me the list of my channels?

    Welcome to the forums, @BaldemarG!

    Do you mean you are getting an error message when you can't see the channels? Or you can't see or sort the channels in a certain way? Or you would like a hard copy print out of your channels? If you are getting an error message, please provide the error message and any error code listed.

    Hi @SLE. You can print your lineup by signing in at https://www.spectrum.net/channel-lineup, and selecting Print Lineup to the right.
