Inability to view picture while fast-forward or rewinding

Can someone please confirm whether Charter is fixing the issue with the app where we cannot see the picture when FF/RW? It's a significant flaw that no other streaming apps have and should be streaming app 101. We are so close to pulling the last cable plug, and if this is not resolved, it'll likely be the camel-killing straw. 😔
