Spectrum tv app not casting to chromecast devices

I am not able to cast the spectrum tv app to my chromecast devices. I am connected to my home wifi but received this message. "Spectrum TV is available only in the U.S. and it's territories. Reference code DLC‐1002" This is happening from my Samsung tablet and Samsung phone. I have restarted my modem and router. I have checked for an updated app. I have cleared the cache in the app settings.

    Currently, the Spectrum TV App does support casting.

    To use the app on TV, you would need use a third party device that is supported by the app, including a ROKU or Apple TV.
