Why am I charged a $5 "Payment Processing Fee" on this months bill?

    Generally speaking, there is a $5 processing fee for any business account that does not have auto-pay set up. To review your specific account or to enroll in auto-pay, please visit us at SpectrumBusiness.net or, give us a call at 855-252-0675.
