Cabel box powers off after 4 hours even though I have disabled the setting

Recently got a new cabel box.

However, the box powers off after 4 hourse even though I have disabled that feature.

What can be done to disable to powering off business ?

    Good afternoon @Justray,

    Within your settings menu under Settings & Support - Preferences - Digital Receiver, are both Auto Power Down and Energy Saving turned off? - Mo
