I want to activate fee Disney plus service and I keep getting 3 serviced which are an additional fee

I’m real frustrated with trying to activate Disney + ! It’s suppose to be free with my

Spectrum TV Select. I’ve wasted 2 afternoons with this. I call and am suppose to go to app and still nothing happens!

    If you previously had Disney+ with the same email, you may need to either delete the old profile or connect with a different email. If you are still having an issue, let us know.
