That information isn't exactly "readily" available to the moderators here.
They can track down account info and then pull it up... but not exactly what drives the forum. It is closer to a user to user kind of thing that also has active Spectrum moderstors who can communicate with other teams about technical issues.
If you log into your Spectrum.net account or the Spectrum mobile app, you may see notifications about a reported outage in your area and any known recovery time estimates.
Alternatively, can call the number on your bill. If their is a known outage the automated attendant may notify of those details. You can also get help determining if a technician needs to come on site and schedule a time for the visit.
