My Xumo streaming box keeps pausing. Why is that happening? Doesn’t happen with other streaming app

My Xumo streaming box keeps pausing. I’ve contacted online support and have cleared local data and 2nd time they had me reset apps and 3rd unplug - but still pausing periodically. So frustrating.

    Is it fully pausing and requiring you to press play to continue, or just buffering or something else? Do you have any other devices you can test the Spectrum TV app on?
