can I currently use the cloud dvr with my account?

    Welcome to our community! We do offer a few options for DVR service. If you are using a traditional cable box, DVR service can be added for $12.99 for one box or $19.99 for up to 4 boxes. I took a look at the account using your community registration and it doesn't look like you are subscribed to the Cloud DVR service at this time. Our Cloud DVR service is $4.99 per month and would include recording up to 50 shows at once. Recordings would be saved for 90 days. If you need more recordings or would like to keep the recordings longer, our Cloud DVR Plus is $9.99 per month and would include up to 100 recordings at once that would be stored for up to 1 year.
