hello I need to return a cable box that I no longer use. The nearest drop off is 34 miles away. Is there any other way to return it? Do I need paperwork?

Good afternoon and welcome to the community @Charlene04!
There are several ways you can return your equipment, which can be found here. The primary method would be dropping it off at The UPS Store which will handle packaging and shipping of the device for you, as well as provide a receipt and tracking. If there isn't a location near you or a Spectrum store location, a return kit may be available that you can then drop off at a FedEx location. You can contact us if you need a return kit sent out. -Mo
