I know Mobile and internet work on two different entities, but just saying from a costumer service perspective data shouldn't apply when Spectrum internet goes down.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    As they are separate services when you are on data there is not a way to know you are at home where the internet issue may be to disable data charges or prevent it from counting towards your data cap.
