ALP -1001 issues

I am getting an ALP – 1001 response when trying to watch channels through spectrum app. I’ve rebooted the modem my Apple TV and the TV TV and no change after repeated tries. Any suggestions?

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    That error and most errors can be fixed by a full reset of the modem. I was able to find your account with your login information and the modem does not show it was fully reset. Please reset it by unplugging the power cord and screw in coax cord for 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
