    Our routers come with a randomly generated SSID and password by default. It's recommended to leave the default information, but it can be changed through spectrum.net or the My Spectrum App in the Services > Internet section if desired. The newest routers, like the one on your account, support the latest WPA-3 security protocol to help protect your information. -Mo
