How do we add or delete email "sub account" ?

What is the self-care URL for a subscriber whose email address ends with .net to add or delete email "sub accounts"?

    Great question -

    For Legacy Charter emails or new spectrum.net emails, users must log in to Spectrum.net using their Spectrum Identity and click the mail icon to access email. Spectrum and L-CHTR email domains end in .net (e.g., user@spectrum.net, user@charter.net).

    1. Log in to Spectrum.net.
    2. Click Check Email.

    For Legacy TWC and Brighthouse emails (L-TWC & L-BHN) users have a login separate from their Spectrum Identity to access email.

    L-TWC/L-BHN email domains end in .com (e.g., user@twc.com, user@bhn.com, user@roadrunner.com, user@xx.rr.com).
