How do I access my billing history?

    Welcome to our Community Forums, we are happy to help! You can view your billing history via spectrum.net or the My Spectrum app.

    Hi @mmoskus58. To pay your bill through the My Spectrum app or at Spectrum.net;

    1. Sign in as the Primary or Admin user.
    2. Select Billing.
    3. Select Make a Payment.
    4. ​From here, you can adjust the Payment Amount, Payment Date and Payment Method. 
    5. Once you've set your preferences and checked that your info is correct, select Make Payment.
