Bad experience

I just wanna say i had a really bad experience with getting reconnected, Kim would not respect me as a customer i told her all i wanted was internet. She would not stop trying to subdue me to other services or packages went in circles with her for 20 minutes she kept gas lighting me. I kept telling her no and asked to just reconnect my internet. Then played as the victim. I have not had such a weird call and ive never been disrespected more from a company on a phone.
