    @apsley1914 : Stupid comment: the general location of the public IP address that you're hitting the website from depends on whether it's being hidden or obfuscated by such things as a VPN or iCloud Private Relay et c., as well browser privacy settings/options and extensions e.g. "hide my IP address from trackers" and maybe even "private"/"incognito" browsing mode.

    @Kathy_thibodeau1 : Stupid comment: You can gage your current internet speed via any garden-variety speed test site, e.g.: https://www.spectrum.com/internet/speed-test

    Otherwise, if you're trying to find out which nominal throughput tier you're on, call the toll-free number conspicuously displayed on your monthly billing statement and find out and also confirm the currency of your DOCSIS cable modem for good measure.
