Sumo cloud playback freezes

When I try and watch a recording in progress my box freezes and there is no sound. This happens intermittently and then playback resumes

I'm sorry for the issues that you're experiencing with the DVR on the TV app. We are experiencing issues with the Cloud DVR on Spectrum TV App. Our Engineers are aware and working to resolve this issue. Unfortunately there is no estimated time of resolution at this time.
