How do I fix this

Remote stops working after pressing one button and it leaves all the buttons lights on and won't work unless I take out the battery's and put them back in then it only works once before it stops working

    Get fresh new batteries in the remote and try again. If nothing changes, you have a bad remote. You can get a new remote at any Spectrum Store, or call Customer Care, and they will ship one out to you within 5-10 business days.
