Why won't the Android app load?
My tv app stopped working in late March. I checked for updates - then uninstalled it and reinstalled. Nothing worked. The a TV app still will not work.
Any ideas?

I do apologize for the issues with the Spectrum TV app. Can you try to reset the modem by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds then plug it back in to see if that helps? The app authenticates through the modem so a reset can help with app issues.

Thank you for reaching out to us about our streaming App not working on your phone. Have you attempted to turn the VPN off completely and attempt to load the App yet? -Lyn

I did that & it still didn't work…. Now what? My problem is that it won't load because it keeps giving me an error message about detecting a VPN in your device. So, first, I went into the settings of the VPN and excluded the app - restarted the phone & it still doesn't work!
