Error DRP-999

I recently switched to Xumo and opted for the cloud recording feature. I recorded a program, but unfortunately, I can't seem to find it anywhere because I keep encountering an error message that says, 'Unable to Complete request. We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again later. (DRP-99).' I'm currently situated in front of the router and I've searched extensively, but I can't find any information on what DRP-99 means. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Any insights or thoughts on how to resolve this

    Thank you for reaching out to us about the Cloud DVR and your Xumo boxes. I am sorry you have encountered this concern. I was able to locate your account with the registration information. Is this happening with both Xumo boxes or just the one?
