hello im dealing with random outages of service 3-4 a week
By what a i mean by 3-4 times a week i mean that one of those days the internet just wants to work no problem 8 hours then for 2-3 hours it will be jumping very high latency then low then high all over the place till it gets to the point where my internet service wont be available for around 1 hour or so usually 12 am or pm ive kept up with reseting the modem i think i just might a new one or new interent service because this happens to alot of people in my area based of my socialism with neighbors and family near by if i may get any advice of if i might need a new box a techician or something i just use the bare minimum tbh at the house a tv 2-3 phones and every now and then ill use my laptop please and thankyou

Thank you for reaching out to us about our internet services not working as intended. I am sorry this is happening. I was not able to locate your account with your registration information. So please excuse my troubleshooting suggestions if you have already completed these tips. Have you attempted to reset all of your internet equipment? This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes. Are you able to try this and let us know? -Lyn
