Cloud DVR used to work ok, but not for the past several months

Options
  1. Recordings freeze multiple times during playback
  2. Some recordings have regular frequent skips, where dialog is skipped making them unwatchable
  3. Fast forward is totally glitchy causing recording to jump back. Unusable
  4. shows that are set to record series skip some episodes.
  5. 4/15/24 all shows scheduled to record were not recorded.
  6. Our internet is 300 and works fine for all other uses. All other streaming services work flawlessly.
    We have reset modem and new upgraded router many times. We delete and reinstall the spectrum app often. Very frustrating for the amount we are paying.
