why am I getting a unable to complete request when trying to watch prerecorded content?

    On what show is this occurring? Is this a regular DVR box or a streaming/XUMO box? There are known issues being worked on with Cloud DVR service.

    You can try rebooting your box. Do other shows record and play back OK? These boxes are Internet-based, and I have heard of this error sometime occur, but it is resolved the next day with no box rebooting.
