Closed an issue without resolution

You closed an "E-Mail not working" question started March 28 of this year, without any resolution. Today it took over 3 minutes to load 29 inbox e-mails via your web page. I attempted to delete 20 or so of them only to give up after 2.5 minutes with the screen never refreshing. As a customer from as far back as the Adelphia Cable days, I gather my only solution in my area would be 5g service from Verizon or T-Mobile.
