questionable emails

I keep receiving emails from spectrum@exchange.spectrum.com addressed to someone named Nicholas. I have called and was told this was not a legitimate Spectrum email, but when looking at this site, I see that it actually could be from Spectrum. Should I be concerned about these emails? That someone has created an account under my name? When I called the support and fraud team, no one has been able to assist as to why I am receiving these emails.
