Is Spectrum blocking VPN Service??

Since I received "Spectrum will be conducting a service maintenance in your area", my VPN network has not been responding and I am not able to connect. Anyone who is familiar and a VPN user, are you having the same issues???

    We certainly do not block VPNs. Has your normal internet access returned? What VPN are you using and what troubleshooting have you tried already?
