Spectrum Voice number of rings

Hello, how do I decrease the number of rings before the call to goes to voice mail from 5 rings to 3 rings? Thanks, RDave

    What worked for me was go to Forwarding and turn it on to Forward to Voicemail., this allows you to select number of rings from a drop down menu.
