Spectrum Voice number of rings

Hello, how do I decrease the number of rings before the call to goes to voice mail from 5 rings to 3 rings? Thanks, RDave

    Welcome to our Community Forums, we are happy to help! At this time, there is no option to decrease the amount of rings before the voicemail comes on. My apologies for any inconvenience.

    What worked for me was go to Forwarding and turn it on to Forward to Voicemail., this allows you to select number of rings from a drop down menu.
