I do apologize for the issues with the box that you are having! Do you get an error message that goes away after a reset?

I have 3 boxes. Issue is with one box only

Thank you! So it most likely is an issue with the box itself. You can swap out the box at a local office for a new one at no charge. You can find a store near you by going here.
